Public Services & Procurement Canada (PSPC) is delivering a project for Correctional Service Canada (CSC) for the construction of a new water treatment plant building intended to replace the existing facility at CSC's Pe Sakastew Centre located in Maskwacis, AB. The Pe Sakastew Centre is a federal minimum security male correctional healing lodge located in the town of Maskwacis, AB. It is approximately 90 km south of Edmonton. The work for this project will include but is not limited to the following: concrete foundations & slab-on-grade, structural steel, pre-engineered building, process piping & equipment, process instrumentation & controls, site civil works, site mechanical and electrical works, as more fully described in the plans and specifications. Documents may be obtained through the GETS service provider on the Government of Canada Web site at: http://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders Work is estimated to be completed within 32 weeks after contract award. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, the estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $250,001.00 to $5,000,000.00.
