The City of Takoma Park, Maryland is requesting sealed proposals for a qualified Construction Contractor for the Takoma Park Library Replacement Project, the demolition and new construction of 19,000 library. Project Cost Class G - $10,000,000 to $15,000,000 The construction value is estimated to be in the range of $9,500,000.00 to $11,500,000.00. All questions pertaining to the Request for Qualifications must be received by the PM/CM by electronic mail no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2022. A copy shall also be sent to the Deputy Director Department of Public Works and Library Director. No calls shall be placed to the City regarding this RFQ. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
