Site work for a municipal facility in Hanford, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
No bid will be considered for award unless the Bidder, at the time of bid opening, is licensed with a valid Class C-13 Contractor's License issued by the State of California. Install approximately 50' of chain link fence and 25'rolling gate to match existing. Contractor responsible for liability insurance, additional insured and waiver of subrogation for workers compensation all listing County of Kings, its officers, employees & agents. 1400 W. Lacey Blvd. Hanford Ca 93230. Contractor responsible for any cost associated with obtaining these insurance certificates. - This job will be bid weekdays and at prevailing wage rate. -Contractor responsible for any/all permits. - No spraying equipment will be used to apply paint in the building. - There will be no equipment which will use or operate by means of propane, gas or diesel in the building. - Contractor will be responsible for clean up of all trash and debris related to this project daily and upon completion. - No variation from this scope of work without written permission.
