All Firms will be required to certify that they are not on the Controller Generals list of ineligible contractors. Successful Firm will be required to comply with all applicable safety and health standards, and Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. KCAPTA herby notifies all Firms that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
