Question Acceptance Deadline 04/14/2022 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The work consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment required for the stripping, coating and finishing of the Court Street Wading Pool Sealed Quotations will be received by the City of Port Huron, Michigan, in the office of the Finance Director, Room 217, in the Municipal Office Center, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan, until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2022, and immediately thereafter the Quotations will be publicly opened and read in the Third Floor Conference Room 317 of the aforesaid Municipal Office Center. Request for Quotations and Specifications shall be obtained from the website by BidNet Connect, located at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn beginning on Friday, March 25, 2022. All Bidders shall obtain a complete set of bid documents, including all posted addenda, from the City of Port Huron via MITN. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose.
