Mon Sheong Foundation is seeking Expressions of Interest and Qualifications from Construction Management firms for pre-construction management services, and construction management services for: Integrated Design and construction of a new 8-storey Long-Term Care Home with 224 beds, and ground floor amenities for total areas over 200,000 sq ft Proponents are required to provide the following information for the client and design team's consideration: 1. Expression of interest and copy of corporate marketing material. 2. Description of understanding of project requirements indicating how the client and design team will benefit from your involvement. 3. List of relevant projects that demonstrate the management skills required to complete this project. 4. A list of key personnel who will be assigned to the project complete with an explanation of their roles and relevant experience they bring to the project. 5. A list of at least three references with contact information for similar projects. 6. A completed and sealed CCDC-11 Contractor's Qualification Statement. 7. A fixed fee for pre-construction services 8. A percentage fee for Construction phase services. *Approx. construction budget is 50 million.
