The project consists of establishing a new 4-level master key system. The system flowchart will be set up by the College and will be provided to the lowest conforming BIDDER. The latter must provide the College with charts for cutting keys and cylinder pin assemblies. The College will assemble the cylinders and cut the keys. Project timeline: 1st delivery before July 4, 2022, 2nd delivery before October 1, 2022 and 3rd delivery before November 1, 2022 The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price proposed in his Bid.
