Iran Divestment Act: Bidders shall note that the submission of a bid constitutes the bidder's certification to the State Treasurer that, as of the date of bid, it is not listed on the Final Divestment List created and maintained by the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer (the "Treasurer's Office") pursuant to the Iran Divestment Act of 2015, Chapter 147-Article 6E of the General Statutes of North Carolina (the "Iran Divestment Act"). The chargers include both Level-2 and DC Fast Charging. Chargers will be installed in multiple locations at each site. New electrical services will be required at multiple sites to support the installations. Contractor will provide install all infrastructure and charging equipment. The work will take place at 1817 Hamlin Road, 2011 Hamlin Road, Riverside High School, Jordan High School, Hillside High School, 810 Bacon Street and Southern High School. Each site will be visited during the pre-bid meeting in the order listed above. Scope of work includes providing EV Charging Stations at all locations and all associated electrical work as indicated on drawings. See Section 013216 Construction Schedule and contract document drawings for description of construction phasing.
