As of June 24, 2022, bids were canceled. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. The Work includes selective removal of all construction Extenor concrete masonry' unit (CMU) walls Corrugated upper metal roof and wall Exterior roof ndge ventilator Glass windows Structural framing system and metal screen of the roofs and mezzanine Gutter system including drainage piping Demolition of existing roofing to expose and preserve plywood roof deck, existing ridge ventilator, and existing anti-fall protection system. Install new asphaltic shingle roofing, new stainless steel eave edge and cupola flashings, new ventilation cupola, new antifall protection system, new steel reinforcement of existing roof frame and patch and finish damaged adjacent surfaces.
