Renovation of a municipal facility in Waimanalo, Hawaii. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services and permits necessary to provide roof repairs, replacing/clean and secure to prevent leaks, for the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), Pest Detection/Emergency Projects (PD/EP), Hawaii Fruit Fly Rearing Facility located at 41-650 Waikupanaha Street, Waimanalo, HI 96795. Written questions must be received by 12:00 PM PT November 17, 2022 Questions and Answers will be posted by 5:00 PM PT November 23, 2022 To maintain fairness during the bidding process, questions must be submitted to the Grants and Contracts Unit email (grantsandcontractsunit@cdfa.ca.gov) only. Bidders must not contact any program staff during the bidding process as this could result in disqualification. The term of this contract is December 26, 2022 or upon final, whichever is later, through December 25, 2023.
