The Tribe will be constructing a new 15-unit apartment complex including parking and communal green space to be located on Lots 2 and 3 on Squi Qui Lane within the Swinomish Indian Reservation (EXHIBIT A). The Tribe will provide a preliminary design concept of the complex to the selected consultant upon contract execution. The Tribe is in the process of realigning the original lot lines as these lots were originally planned to hold three SFRs. The Construction Division is seeking a qualified consulting firm to assist with the environmental analysis, geotechnical report, and EPA permit preparation for construction for a new 15-unit apartment complex to be located on the Swinomish Reservation.
