Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in La Conner, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Per the owner, as of September 26, 2023, construction has started on this project. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............. SCOPE OF WORK Project: Apartments We are requesting full design, engineering, specifications This project will consist of 3 separate five unit buildings, three stories with a garage on the ground level. The criteria for finish materials will be between economy to medium grade. Each unit will be approximately 1050sqft plus the bottom level single car garage. Project: Cottages These are cottages that are stand-alone units that have two bedrooms with total living area of approximately 650 sqft plus the attached care port. Civil Site: See attached ROS plan EXHIBIT B PLANS & CONCEPT with unit concept for placement on lots 1-7. Tuttle engineering has completed all of the development drawings and specifications. The 27 lot infrastructure Development was completed 2/2021. The Tribe has decided to combine lots 1-7 for multiple units. Utilities will need to be adjusted to some extent. It's expected the Architect selected will work with Tuttle engineering as they are already under contract with the Swinomish tribe for all lots in this development The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
