Project Description: This State and Federally Funded Davis Bacon Solar Project Will Consist of (3) Large Separate Facility Buildings With Battery Back Up Installation, Some Trenching. Project Locations- 17275, 17337, 17395 Reservation Road, La Conner, WA. 98257 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The proposed solar array at 17275 Reservation road consists of two different roof sections. The West roof will receive 84 total modules on a ballasted racking system with a total PSF of approximately 5 psf. The East roof will receive 34 total modules on a ballasted racking system consisting of a total PSF of 5.15 psf.
