Demolition and site work for a warehouse / distribution facility in La Conner, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
SCOPE OF WORK: Complete Demolition of approximately one-2400 square foot one-story house, one-2500 square foot barn, and one-1400 square foot shop. Including all of the debris and miscellaneous garbage around the property. The Contractor shall include the demolition, removal and proper disposal of all structures but not limited to the following: a. Buildings & improvements b. Foundations c. Attached decks d. Debris e. Attached canopies f. Ramps g. Basements (fill material shall be incidental to building demolition) - verify h. All wiring, plumbing, conduit i. Sprinklers j. Slabs k. Porches l. Chimneys m. Utility disconnections and coordination with jurisdictions n. All onsite personal property o. Steps p. Above-ground and below-ground supports, including slabs, footers, and piers q. Fixtures and equipment r. Any questions for the project can be directed to the following person identified above and must be received no later than 4:00 PM on 5/15/2025. However, all work Shall be completed substantially by the end of 30 days of work. Swinomish Indian Tribal Community reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal at any time or any reason prior to award notification.
