Description

Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in La Conner, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a 7,800-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Create an intuitive site plan for the Basketball Court Remodel, incorporating the Foundational and Structural Engineering provided for the 60" x130" x20" covering, the Geotechnical Report, and the Sewer Main As-Built. Conduct necessary surveying for an accurate site plan. Provide a Schedule of Values and specifications to support design and construction, including bid documents and a construction estimate. Offer engineering support during bidding and construction and participate in project meetings as needed. Firms must be Washington State licensed and stamped professionals to be considered. Submit proof of insurance coverage in required amounts at time of award and contract execution. Submit qualifications by the specified date and time, including your firm's organizational structure, key team members, resumes, references from similar projects, a cost estimate for services, and a rate sheet. Selection is based on qualified personnel, project-specific relatability, references, Native and/or Veteran firm status, and methodology and schedule to complete the work. The Swinomish Indian Tribal Community reserves the right to cancel the process at any time prior to award notification.
