DPW front offices to have all wallpaper removed and skim coated, 2 primer coats and 2 finish coats paint, and new vinyl base molding repair any holes and cracks, or water damage to dry wall. there are 5 offices, 1 brake room, 1 conference room, 1 common room, 3 bathrooms, hallway, 1 sitting area and skylight. Color will be chosen later. all vinyl base molding to be removed and replace. Vender will be responsible for moving furniture.
