Renovation of a municipal facility in Taylor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
DPW Directors office o Demo/Removal of existing brick to gain access to steel lentils (remove and replace ceiling as needed). Removal and replacement of steel lentils. Size to be determined upon removal of existing lentils. Replace all glass and window walls and add door access to window wall; Must be an egress door. (Door must be installed on the SW corner of the window wall. o Deliver/install new brick to match existing as close as possible. o Grind out/ tuck point misc. broken mortar joints above the sides of windows. o Labor, disposal and material (Removal of all debris from DPW) o We will assess drywall after repairs to brick are completed. - DPW Front 2 Windows (1 Front Entrance and 1 Break Room) o Labor, disposal and material (Removal of all debris from DPW) Replacement of DPW window wall and glass panes.
