Renovation of an educational facility in Fairbanks, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Alaska is seeking bids for the SRC Basketball Hoop Replacements project. The Work consists of installing wall mounted, power-operated, basketball back stops and gymnasium wall padding at the western court in the Student Recreation Center (SRC), with additive alternates to include additional courts. Work includes structural modifications and electrical work. Bid security is required to be submitted with each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. State law requires a bid to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible "Alaska Bidder" after bidder's preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied. Further instructions are contained within the Instructions to Bidders. The University of Alaska reserves the right to reject any or all bids, offers, or parts thereof it deems necessary, to waive any informality in the bid or offer received, and to award in the best interest of the University.
