A timeline for award has not yet been established. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and other services required to perform Reroofing and Roof Repairs at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. RFI's are due by by 1200 HST, May 17th, 2023. Please do not hesitate to submit RFI's, we will work to get them answered and posted as quickly as possible. This was previously solicited as W912CN-23-B-0001, the customer reserved more CLINS on this revised solicitation and made other minimal changes to the Statement of Work. Note: The Contracting Officer will evaluate the Option to Extend Services under FAR clause 52.217-8 by adding one-half of the offeror's final option price to the offeror's total price. The final award evaluation will include the base year, all option years, and the six month FAR 52.217-8 clause option. The FAR 52.217-8 clause us useable at periods throughout the life of the contract (i.e., after the base period, after the end of any of the exercised option periods); but not to exceed 6 months for the total life of the contract. No Site Visit.
