Selected contractor is to provide janitorial services at the Alaska Army National Guard Readiness Center and FMS (Shop) in Fairbanks, Alaska for the State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affair (DMVA), Army National Guard Facilities Management Office (FMO) as specified in this ITB. The state reserves the right to refrain from making an award if it determines that to be in its best interest. A bid from a debarred or suspended bidder shall be rejected. The state reserves the right to cancel the contract at its convenience upon 30 calendar days written notice to the contractor. The state is only liable for payment in accordance with the payment provisions of this contract for supplies or services provide before the effective date termination.
