SECTION 87026000 The City of North Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a qualified Contractor(s) to provide Landscape Beautification and Improvement Services to include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, travel, licenses, insurances, permits and incidentals for the removal and installation of trees located at the SR860 / NE 183rd Street from NE 6th to NE 10th Avenues in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work and specifications and attachments of this Invitation to Bid. The Contractor shall be able to meet project deadlines, FDOT requirements, coordinate with City staff, and provide timely service delivery. The Awarded Bidder is responsible for carrying out the scope of work as outlined herein, as well as the FDOT requirements of the grant as outline in "EXHIBIT A". The Awarded Bidder shall adhere to "EXHIBIT B - FDOT Project Plans" dated December 13, 2021 which includes but not limited to; Schedule of Trees and Plants, Size and Quantity and Installation and Relocation Locations and Proposed Planting and Irrigation Plans.
