Renovation of a stadium in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Tender provides for the Removal of 1 existing boiler at the Kinsmen Arena and 1 existing boiler at the Art Hauser Centre. Supply and Install 1 Non-condensing copper tube boiler at Kinsmen Arena and 1 Non-condensing copper tube boiler at Art Hauser Centre. The existing boiler at the Kinsmen Arena has an output of 560 thousand btu's and the existing boiler at the Art Hauser Centre has an output of 1.27 million btu's. For consistency with other facilities the City of Prince Albert is recommending a RayPak H3-652C for the Kinsmen Arena and a RayPak H9-1262C for the Art Hauser Centre. If a bidder would like to provide a similar product they will be required to include the specifications sheet. All bids shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Tender.
