Public Works and Government Services has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for Road Repair Contractor Services to undertake construction, alterations and urgent repair work. Work is to be undertaken as and when required, in accordance with the specifications at Annex A, at the following Correctional Services Canada (CSC) institutions; Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert; Regional Psychiatric Centre, Saskatoon; Willow Cree Healing Lodge, Duck Lake; and Oskana Community Correctional Centre, Regina. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years with two (2) 1-year option years. After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful, making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
