The tenderer is entirely responsible for ensuring that his tender is deposited at the office of the Municipality at the above-mentioned address. Only submissions received before the above time and date will be considered. Are eligible to bid on this call for tenders, bidders having an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the Municipality within the framework of this call for tenders, i.e. the Accord de libre -Canadian trade, the Agreement on Liberalization of Public Procurement of Quebec and New Brunswick, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union. The contract is awarded to the compliant bidder with the lowest price. The Municipality of La Pêche does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. .
