Visually inspect approx. 350 lineal feet of metal roof valley, Remove all loose material from the previous repair in these areas Identify and replace material Visually inspect approx. 350 lineal feet of metal roof valley, identified in the Aerial Image #1 Remove all loose material from the previous repair in these areas Identify and replace any loose or missing fasteners in the valleys Clean and prep valley and side laps per manufacturer specifications Supply and install Tremco Solargard Seam Sealer at the side laps of the valley Solargard Seam Sealer to be installed in a 3-course fashion with 6" wide tremco Permafab reinforcing fabric
