Provide custodial services of up to eight staff members each day Monday through Friday 40 hours each per week, they will need to be flexible with hours to accommodate events as needed. Up to two staff members will maintain the Center for Performing Arts each day 8 am to 4 pm the third staff member will float between buildings as needed. The Ringling Museum campus consists of fourteen (14) buildings services required trash pickup, sanitation bathrooms offices, vacuuming, plunging toilets touch point sanitation, floor polishing, carper cleaning working events sometimes until 1 am if needed. Each vendor should provide an hourly rate to add additional staff members as needed. Ringling Museum staff will provide direction each day. NCF may require up to ten staff to provide custodial services for its (40) forty buildings consisting of residence halls offices, classrooms, library, science labs, residence hall common spaces, dorm rooms student apartments, restrooms, and showers. The services required include trash pickup, cleaning and sanitation, vacuuming, plunging toilets touch point sanitation, floor polishing, carper cleaning. Each vendor should provide an hourly rate to add additional staff members as needed. NCF staff will provide direction each day. NCF maintains two custodial shifts. A day shift from 8:00am until 4:30pm and a night shift from midnight to 8:30am.
