1. Bidder can bid on (1) one or more lots to be considered in evaluations. 2. Note: Award(s) will be made by lot based on available funding. Lot bids must not be dependent on receipt of award of other lots and all costs per lot must be included in bid. 3. Bidder must return information listed below. Failure to return requested information at time of bid may result in bid being deemed non-responsive. a. Attachment A-Vendor Data Sheet b. Copy of General Contractors License in accordance with value of work performed. c. Workmanship Warranty information. Section B- #5 d. Paint brand and specifications sheets, product information. I. PURPOSE: The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to obtain a fixed price bid to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, and supervision to conduct painting maintenance on (4) structures located on grounds of Chippokes State Park. II. SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide a fixed price bid to include the following minimum specifications to paint exterior of buildings located at Chippokes State Park, 695 Chippokes Park Road, Surry, Virginia 23883, per specifications below: A. Lot 1: Building A- est. 946 sqft (Intern) 1. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning, preparation (filling holes, caulking, etc.), and painting of wood of all exterior parts of the building. 2. Contractor will provide ALL painting supplies and equipment (brushes, rollers, ladders, poles, rags, caulk, etc.) and paint. 3. Contractor shall provide paint Sherwin Williams Exterior Grade Super paint to be identified at time of bid or Agency approved equivalent. The color code shall be selected by the park staff prior to start of work. 4. Contractor shall provide (2) two coats minimum as full coverage. 5. Contractor shall provide all signage to mark areas work is being conducted according to all OSHA rules and regulations. 6. Contractor shall coordinate painting schedule with park prior to work based on activity being conducted in the area. 7. Contractor shall be responsible for removing and reinstalling all existing devices presently mounted on existing walls and ceilings as it applies to the painting area. To include but not limited to light fixtures, fans, shutters etc. 8. Contractor will be responsible for removing and replacing shutters in areas where painting is necessary. No painting of shutters is required. 9. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning, preparation (filling stucco voids, caulking, etc.) and painting all stucco on front and chimneys of the building B. Lot 2: Building B- est. 768 sqft (Quarters) 1. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning, preparation (filling holes, caulking, etc.), and painting of wood of all exterior parts of the building. 2. Contractor will provide own painting supplies and equipment (brushes, rollers, ladders, poles, rags, caulk, etc.) and paint. 3. Contractor shall provide paint Sherwin Williams Exterior Grade Super paint color code or Agency approved equivalent. The color shall be selected by the park staff prior to start of work. 4. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning, preparation (filling holes, caulking, etc.), and painting of wood of all exterior parts of the building. 2. Contractor will provide own painting supplies and equipment (brushes, rollers, ladders, poles, rags, caulk, etc.) and paint. 3. Contractor shall provide paint Sherwin Williams Exterior Grade Super paint to be identified at time of bid or Agency approved equivalent. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning, preparation (filling holes, caulking, etc.), and painting of wood of all exterior parts of the building, including windows, doors, porches, steps, etc. 2. Contractor will provide own painting supplies and equipment (brushes, rollers, ladders, poles, rags, caulk, etc.) and paint. Colors will be selected by park. 3. Contractor shall provide paint Sherwin Williams Exterior Grade Super paint to be identified at time of bid or Agency approved equivalent. The color code shall be selected by the park staff prior to start of work. 4. Contractor shall provide (2) two coats minimum as full coverage. 5. Contractor shall provide all signage to mark areas work is being conducted according to all OSHA rules and regulations. 6. Contractor shall coordinate painting schedule with park prior to work based on activity being conducted in the area. 7.
