The City of Quincy is requesting proposals for the following: Furnish Goods and Special Services consisting of, but not limited to, Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection System Equipment, delivery of equipment to project site, installation certification, operations and maintenance manuals, start-up services and training of City of Quincy personnel. Equipment installation will be by others. Work at the City of Quincy Municipal Wastewater Reclamation Facility (MWRF) located at 16475 Rd. 9 NW, Quincy, WA 98848. Questions about the project and the Project Manual must be directed to the City Engineer and the HDR Project Manager no later than April 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time). Questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Response to questions will be sent to all registered firms by about April 15, 2022. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities in the proposal process, and determine which equipment firm(s), in the City's judgment, provides a responsible, responsive and cost effective proposal. Equipment firms shall agree and understand that any documents submitted to the City of Quincy for this proposed project is subject to public disclosure in accordance with the Washington State Public Records Act, RCW 42.56 MBE/WBE/DBE firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
