Killeen ISD is requesting a statement of qualifications from firms able to provide construction professional services in compliance with the Code of Federal Regulation's requirements as outlined in the specifications attribute within this RFP. This contract will be effective on or around April 27, 2022 through April 26, 2023. and will automatically be extended for two (2) years in one (1) year increments unless either party provides notice not to renew 90 days prior to renewal date.Question Cutoff Date: 4/4/2022 01:00 PM (ET) Inquiries regarding this Request for Qualifications, or requests for additional information, should be submitted through IonWave or via email to Kasey Modde, Purchasing Specialist, at kasey.modde@killeenisd.org by 12:00 pm April 4, 2022. Questions and answers will be posted Electronically. The District, through its duly authorized constituted officials, reserves the right to accept any offer in its entirety or in part, any offer deemed most advantageous to the Killeen Independent School District and to waive any formalities in bidding. All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all bidders via the electronic bid system. No verbal responses will be provided. The deadline for questions about this proposal is stated in the Event Details. The District will not respond to questions after this time and date. Prospective vendors will be responsible for checking the website for any posted Q&A KISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, to waive all technicalities, and to accept the Response or Responses that are determined to be the most favorable to KISD.
