Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in St. Clair, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work is located at the locations below: - Sir John Moore School (approximately 50m north of the intersection St Clair Blvd and Homestretch Dr); - St Clair Parkway (approximately 400m north of the intersection Pointe Line W and Brander Park Rd) - Hill Street at Queen Street The work includes: - Construction of AODA compliant pedestrian ramps with tactile plates per OPSDs; - Installation of pavement markings, traffic signs and RRFB for Level 2 Type B PXO per OTM Book 15; - Supply and installation of new roadway lighting equipment such as light poles, duct & wiring and power supply cabinet; - Removal of the existing street lighting equipment and conflicting pavement markings and traffic signs. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
