Site work for a water / sewer project in St. Clair, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is located on Queen Street and Riverside Drive, both in the Village of Port Lambton within the Township of St. Clair. The work includes: - Site preparation, excavation and restoration - Bypass pumping - Removal and disposal of existing pumping station equipment and appurtenances - Installation of new valve chambers - Installation of new pre-selected equipment It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation. This project can be completed in 2022 or prior to July 1, 2023.
