Question Deadline: Fri Jul 21, 2023 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 12 Generally, the work includes the improvement of approx. 3,137 metres of channel and related work from its outlet to Bear Creek in Lot 1, Concession 6 in the Township of St. Clair to the east side of Lot 1, Concession 7 in the Township of Enniskillen, to construct a Branch Drain in the N1/2 Lot 1, Concession 6 in the Township of St. Clair and to replace the access culvert in the E1/2 Lot 1 Concession 7 in the Township of Enniskillen. All work shall be in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents. The Municipality reserves the right to delete all or portions of the work. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation. Award subject to final approval
