Site work and paving for a civil project in St. Clair, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work is located on the St. Clair River Trail in the following locations: o 800m along St. Clair Parkway from Lincoln Avenue to Guthrie Park parking lot o 110m along Lyndoch Street from Beckwith Street to 321 Lyndoch Street o 700m along St. Clair Parkway from Holt Line to Marshy Creek Park. Generally, the work includes: o Removal of grass, weeds, and debris from the surface of existing trail o Mill 50mm depth across existing driveway entrances o Placement of crack seal & cold patch for base repair o 50mm HL-3 asphalt overlay It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
