Site work for a water / sewer project in St. Clair, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is located at 3 locations within the Township of St. Clair. The addresses of the 3 pumping stations are as follows: 1. Brigden Main Pumping Station - 2393 Courtright Line 2. Baptist Church Pumping Station - 3896 St. Clair Parkway 3. Holt Line Pumping Station - 3775 St. Clair Parkway In general, the work at each location includes: a) Site preparation, excavation and restoration b) Bypass pumping c) Forcemain replacement d) Cleaning e) Modifications to wet wells f) Modifications to valve chambers It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
