It is the intention of this request to select a consulting engineering firm that can provide a comprehensive package to complete the detailed visual inspections of the Township of St. Clair's bridge and major culvert inventory (>= 3 meter span) in accordance with the Ontario Structural Inspections Manual (OSIM). The Municipality's structure inventory includes 93 structures: 38 bridges and 55 culverts. A map showing the locations of the structures can be found in Appendix A. Additionally, the project shall include a component to provide the OSIM inspection results and related deliverables including: . Hardcopy and PDF's of the detailed reports of each structure . Financial, and BCI reports . Maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement priority reports
