As of June 2, 2022 This project is awarded to Martin Marietta Materials with awarded amount of $3,250,000 and Elite Surface Infrastructure with awarded amount of $133,000 and Andale Construction Inc. with awarded amount of $120,000. Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted. The City's Procurement Policy is available for review in the Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Article 6, Procurement and Contract Program. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the City that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to complete the work contemplated herein.
