Renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Fonthill, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,470-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified general contractor for the purpose of the construction of the Pelham Municipal Building Addition & Renovations at 20 Pelham Town Square. All works are to include all necessary material and labour to complete each item, unless specified otherwise. In addition to this, the successful contractor will also be responsible for providing all traffic control and providing a minimum of 24-hour notice to residences within the associated construction limits when access will not be available or restricted. For the construction of an approximately 2,470 sq ft masonry building (events facility) addition and renovations to the Pelham Municipal Building. The start date for the construction will be September 6, 2022 and the date for substantial completion of this project is February 10, 2023. Bid value not released for publication.
