ELECTRONIC ONLINE SUBMISSION ONLY The Town of Pelham (the Town) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to assess the condition and performance of all stormwater management facilities (SWMFs) owned and operated by the Town, as well as to identify the capital, operations, maintenance and compliance needs for the SWMFs. SWMFs include wet and dry stormwater management ponds (SWM ponds), in-line storage facilities and oil-grit separators (OGSs). The main objective of the project is to confirm the inventory and assess all existing assumed SWMFs (ponds, in-line storage and oil-grit separators) and to compile and prioritize the information into a plan for capital, operations and maintenance needs. The final project deliverables will be a Facility Needs Program Report and an Operating and Maintenance Plan with recommendations to help the Town identify and plan for the required capital, operational and maintenance financial, fleet and staff resources. An implementation strategy will be provided that will be utilized by the Town as inputs to the Asset Management Program (AMP) and the Capital Forecast.
