Question Deadline: Fri Dec 16, 2022 12:00:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 4 This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for SUE Investigation - Seaway WWTP Influent Channel Upgrade, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The scope of work will include: Level D, C, B SUE study for the area outlined in blue on drawing C-0001 (Appendix D); Level A SUE study for the locations identified in Section 5.2.1 and outline in red on drawing C-0001. The primary objective of this undertaking is a Level D, C and B subsurface investigation of all underground utilities and services within the project limits (including but not limited to watermain, sewer, telephone, hydro, gas, and cable TV, etc). Level A investigation work is required for 9 municipal and in-plant forcemains, one effluent service water line, and abandoned DN900 sewers connecting to the storm tank and Chamber # 5. This RFQ is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2021-RFSQ-227 specifically Category 9. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
