Reference number : 1588805 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-15 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Kiamika is soliciting tenders for the project cited in title. The project consists of repair work in three areas totaling nearly 2.8 km from Chemin de la Lièvre to Kiamika. The Contractor shall provide the labour, machinery and all materials to complete the works described in the descriptive specifications of the work. The Municipality of Kiamika does not undertake to accept either the lowest or the best or any of the tenders received and it incurs no liability towards the tenderer(s). Are eligible to bid on this call for tenders, bidders having an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the Municipality within the framework of this call for tenders, i.e. the Accord de libre -Canadian exchange, the Agreement on Liberalization of Public Procurement of Quebec and New Brunswick, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the Union European. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
