As of 04/04/2022 Estimated budget is $400,000 to $450,000 This project includes: Tear off and removal of approximately 41,000 square ft of ballasted existing roof and replacement with a fully adhered surfaced EPDM roofing system. Visitors must enter through the main entrance and have a valid state ID to check-in at the main office. All COVID-19 prevention measures that are in place, within the State of Minnesota at the time of the pre-bid conference, must be followed. Interested parties are encouraged to attend this walkthrough. All bids must be addressed to Independent School District 518, Attn: David Skog, Director of Management Services, 1117 Marine Avenue, Worthington, MN 56187-1610, and shall be endorsed thereon "BID FOR PRAIRIE ELEMENTARY ROOF PROJECT." No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires work on the project to take place after July 4, 2022 and Substantial Completion prior to August 15, 2022. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
