The work to be performed shall include furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto needed for the complete construction of the project. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Part A: Full profile mill and overlay of 400 South Street from 1300 East to 1950 East including the entire roundabout. Work shall consist of a 1.5 inch profile mill of the entire roadway, placement of a 1/2 " asphaltic leveling course, placement of a geotextile interlayer (in travel lanes), placement of a 2-inch overlay over the entire roadway surface, and the lowering, raising and collaring of existing manholes and water valves in the project area. The project will also include the complete removal and replacement of approx. 1550 SF of asphalt complete, and the placement of approx. 3220 SF of 8-inches of base and 4-inches of asphalt. Part B: Edge mill and overlay of Meadowlark Lane from 1000 East to Canyon Avenue. Work shall include an 8-feet wide edge mill to 1.5 inches below lip of gutter along the perimeter of the project limits, placement of a 1/2 " asphaltic leveling course, and placement of a 2-inch overlay over the entire roadway surface, the lowering, raising and collaring of existing manholes and water valves in the project area. Part C: Construction of an approx. 1/2 acre asphalt parking area at the wastewater treatment plant (700 N 500 East). Work shall include the removal of existing asphalt driveway and saw cutting existing asphalt edge with off-site disposal, remove, survey and grade soil down 9-inches and dispose on-site, build a 2-ft high berm on the west side with the deleterious material, place 6-inches base and 3-inches asphalt concrete. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
