Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tonawanda, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the Concrete Replacement related to Water and sewer repairs at various locations in the Town of Tonawanda. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to award a contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the Owner Project consists of two (2) contracts for concrete replacement work: a. Contract N consists of work to occurfrom Sheridan Drive North in the Town of Tonawanda b. Contract S consists of work to occur from Sheridan Drive South in the Town of Tonawanda C. Bidders may bid both contracts. In the event that the same bidder is the lowest bid, the Owner may review the contractor's qualifications and work plan to ensure that the contractor is capable of completing both contracts simultaneously. At a minimum, the contractor is required to provide a separate crew for each contract. If one bidder is awarded both areas of work, then North and South work areas may be combined to one contract
