County of Erie - Isle View Park Enhancements Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid payable unconditionally to the County of Erie. The Contractor's attention is further drawn to requirements for Contractor's participation in a New York State Certified Apprenticeship Training Program. In addition, the Contractor shall be advised that provisions set forth by Erie County Executive Order #18 ("EO #18") may apply. The County of Erie reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality. Requests for interpretation or correction (RFI) shall be submitted to the Architect no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, August 23, 2024.
