Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tonawanda, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project consists of Milling and Paving - Various Locations in the Town of Tonawanda. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. The minimum wage rates to be paid to laborers and mechanics engaged in the construction of this project shall be the latest wage rates established by the State Industrial Commissioner. The Owner/Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids for failure to comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents but may, at its discretion, waive any informalities or irregularities. The Owner/Town further reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to award a contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the Owner. No bidder may withdraw his/her/its bid within ninety (90) days after the opening thereof, without forfeiting the bid security, but may withdraw same at any time prior to the opening thereof. Bidder must sign the statement of non-collusion in accordance with Chapter 751 of the Laws of the State of New York. This project consists of milling and paving of approximately 26,000 square yards of road.
