Renovation of an educational facility in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Installation of new toilet partitions, finishes, washroom accessories, plumbing and electrical fixtures in washroom and change areas. .2 Alterations to existing mechanical and electrical services to accommodate renovations. .3 Demolition and renovation work as necessary. Sequencing of work: .1 Work is intended to be substantially complete by date identified in Tender Form 'F'. .2 If, due to foreseeable delays in product delivery, the project can not be substantially complete by identified date, the Contractor shall take a sequenced approach to construction to ensure First Priority work is fully operational for intended use before start of school year. .3 Work sequence to be as follows: - First Priority: Level 1 Washroom Work and Level 1 Locker Room Work. - Second Priority: Level 2 Washroom Work. .4 When First Priority Work is fully operational and ready for intended use, provide notification and have Engineer-Architect conduct an occupancy inspection in accordance with Article 1.16 of Section 01 00 02 - Standard General Requirements. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
