No quotes may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All quotes must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose. The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the same, and to accept any quote or bid which is deemed most advantageous to the said City's interests. The successful company will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and materials bonds, maintenance and guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates if the project is over the threshold amount and as required by the City. All bidders are required to qualify according to the bidder qualification regulations for contractors bidding on City of Port Huron contracts as set forth in the instruction to bidders.
