It is expected that the Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder(s) on May 19, 2022 at the Regular School Board Meeting. All BIDDERS who will be submitting bids to The School District of Haverford Township must register and purchase a complete set of the Bid Documents from Systems Design Engineering, Inc.Priority mailing will be at the Bidder expense. Checks should be made payable to Systems Design Engineering, Inc. NO refund will be given. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as payee or Obligee, The School District of Haverford Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. The Surety Company must be acceptable to The School District of Haverford Township.
