Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 calendar days after the actual date of opening thereof. This section covers the necessary clearing, grubbing and preparation of the site; removal and disposal of debris, protection of adjacent property, finished grading, establishment of turf, pavement replacement and other appurtenant work specified herein, noted on the plans or otherwise necessary to complete the site work for the all improvements covered in these specifications.
