Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Beaver, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of 5/27/2022 1 bidder received, Westside Contracting LLC bid amount $ 41,304.00. Beaver County is accepting bids for concrete work at the fairgrounds located in Minersville. Laying approximately 65 yards of flat 4-inch concrete sidewalk at the entrance of the Fairgrounds and a walkway into and to the Bleachers for the Rodeo grounds, part of the concrete will be under future bleachers. Finish will be a light brush finish for a non-slick surface. There will be a Handicapped entrance on the West part of the pour. Due to scheduling, this may need be poured in sections as schedules with use of the Fairgrounds may exist. The concrete will be 6 bag, with 6-inch steel mesh wire for reinforcement. Contractor will be responsible for bedding, compaction and all preparation for the concrete. There is grass in most of the area and it will be removed by the contractor. Sprinkler lines will be located by the County. Contractor's responsibility is to contact Blue Stakes.
